Overview
James founded Kreitler Law Firm in 2021 to provide the utmost estate planning and business services to the Ste. Genevieve and Festus communities. He heads the Firm's estate planning practice. Focusing his practice on complex estate planning matters, including family wealth transfer and preservation planning, charitable giving, retirement distribution planning, and estate administration. He also advises clients on complex business matters, including corporate governance and succession planning.
James grew up in Jefferson County, Missouri, with his family roots in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri. Before founding the Firm, James began his practice in civil litigation and later transitioned to estate planning and transactional business matters.

Outside the Office
Outside of the office, James enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and four children. He is a huge Disney fan and loves taking trips to different Disney resorts around the country. James is also very involved with his church, and his love of Jesus Christ shines through in the compassion and care he puts into every client.
